ACS Enterprise edition is a fully integrated platform with a scalable licence structure.

Typically a residential user operates using the ADSL2+ service or as it is also commonly known as ‘Broadband’. ADSL products range in features from a basic switch to an enhanced VOIP gateway.
We can provide VDSL products for residential or small business users on a VDSL network plan. Note: VDSL is an enhanced broadband service made for higher network speeds and usage. The Innbox V50u can provide VDSL service to both business and residential users although it is typically sold to high internet users demanding greater speeds and quality.
Connectplay's business gateways range from basic ADSL units with easy configuration schemes to feature rich SHDSL units with guaranteed bandwidth to our fully enhanced One700 fibre routers.
Our business range vendors include Thomson, OneAccess and Innbox.
Standard ADSL2+ range can offer only so much when it comes to throughput. ADSL is the cheaper and more broadly used internet for most of New Zealand. ADSL has faster downstream than it has upstream and is suited for residential users as they require more downstream than upstream. Business ADSL products on offer includes the Thomson TG608 the OneAccess One50A4E/a and the One100A.
With a SHDSL connection you receive symmetrical speeds due to the enhanced service delivered by your ISP. SHDL is useful for businesses that use high volumes of traffic both upstream and downstream. High volumes of upstream traffic may include data servers, web servers or virtual private networks. In this instance we can offer the popular easy to configure Thomson TG605s or the OneAccess One20D.
VDSL can offer enhanced speeds of up to 15Mbps downstream and 5Mbps upstream at a higher price than ADSL. This is useful for users who require enhanced internet throughput without the high price of symmetrical line speeds. The Iskratel Innbox V50u is the router for any VDSL service.

A standard charge for the following technical services will apply: Custom configuration, out of warranty repairs or replacements, onsite support and remote support. If you are not a customer or the warranty on your modem has expired we can provide support at competitive rates.
